Manfacturing

A major manufacturer based in Havant had an urgent, immediate requirement for over 130 Shop floor staff. Within a week, utilizing our Havant, Portsmouth & Chichester Branch First People Recruitment were able to supply all these staff and maintain these staffing levels throughout the length of the contract. All of the temporary staff provided were pre-interviewed, prepared for the job and paid through First People Recruitment's payroll so that the client could concentrate on getting stock out of the door!

 

Engineering

A major international client had two senior engineering vacancies to fill and had experienced a poor response from their own advertising. As is often the case, the best applicants were working for somebody else and through our network of contacts and advertising facilities FPR Tech were able to attract and prepare suitable candidates and fill both positions.

 

Catering

First People was one of two preferred suppliers to a major hotel group. Our proposal that we be appointed as sole supplier was accepted. As a result our client received a more consistent and dedicated service across all departments, with the same staff provided, working on a more regular basis and achieving the benefit of continuity. Furthermore we were able to deliver significant cost savings against their budget

 

Horticulture

A horticultural client needed a seven day a week 24 hours-per-day service, providing 100 plus staff daily to match the peaks and troughs of their staffing requirements.
